Thank you for your interest.  Two primary issues tend to affect how complex or difficult most cases will be.

          The first is whether or not minor children are involved.  Where children are involved, the case is typically more complicated because the issues involved in most legal matters are much more sensitive.

          The second is the household income.  The higher the household income the more complex property and debt issues typically are.  Through our experience we have determined that a good guidline is approximately $60,000.00 for the total household income.  By answering the following two questions we can best refer you to the resources best suited to your situation.
